Alongside her work as an artist, Simone guides individuals through yoga and personal training, combining movement, alignment, and breath to train strength, balance, and awareness. With more than a decade of experience in both functional fitness and yoga, she combines structured training with a creative sensitivity to the body’s rhythms.

Personal Training & One-to-One Yoga with Simone
Based in London, Simone offers bespoke personal training and private yoga sessions—available online via Zoom or in person at your home, local park, or office. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, whether your focus is building strength, improving mobility, releasing stress, or deepening your connection to your practice.

About Simone

With a background in both the arts and movement, Simone sees yoga and training as practices of awareness as much as physical transformation. She has been teaching for over thirteen years in the UK, Greece, Spain, and Malta, holding a Yoga Alliance qualification from Yoga Campus and a Level 3 Personal Trainer diploma.

She guides students through alignment-focused sequences that balance the strength of functional movement with the stillness of meditation—supporting body and mind to grow in resilience, clarity, and ease.
