Yoga & Personal Training

Simone offers yoga and personal training that begins from the inside—integrating mindful movement, alignment, and strength to enhance both body and mind.

Alongside her work as an artist, Simone guides individuals through yoga and personal training, combining movement, alignment, and breath to train strength, balance, and awareness. With more than a decade of experience in both functional fitness and yoga, she combines structured training with a creative sensitivity to the body’s rhythms.

Simone currently teaches at Retreat in Gozo, Malta and offers one-to-one yoga and personal training online via Zoom. Each session is designed to support individual needs—whether the focus is strength, mobility, stress release, or a deeper connection to practice.

Her approach weaves together:

Hatha Yoga & Yoga Therapy – postural awareness, breathwork, and meditation

Functional Training & Alignment – strength and conditioning for long-term resilience

Somatic Release & Creative Movement – opening pathways to freedom and expression

1:1 Personal Training – £50 per session | £225 (5-session bundle)

Combined Yoga & Training – £55 per session | £250 (5-session bundle)

About Simone

With a background in both the arts and movement, Simone sees yoga and training as practices of awareness as much as physical transformation. She has been teaching for over thirteen years in the UK, Greece, Spain, and Malta, holding a Yoga Alliance qualification from Yoga Campus and a Level 3 Personal Trainer diploma.

She guides students through alignment-focused sequences that balance the strength of functional movement with the stillness of meditation—supporting body and mind to grow in resilience, clarity, and ease.
